Manifold

So ive decided to get a full ashley system inc manifold. But now ive got a choice of two manifolds. Should i get the 4-2-1 manifold or the mandrel bent manifold? The ad says the mandrel manifold could give up2 20bhp but i've only got a 1.6 so im not sure how much it would realistically give. Has any1 got either 1 of these manifolds, if so could you reccommend the 1 i should get.
