yer its the same car. the 1.8 zvh is dead now lol gone back to a high powr 1.6 well trying to lol .just haveing troble seting it up keeps geting flat spots. if i push the gas peddle to quick it holds back and goes flat then the turbo does not come in propley but if u build it up the turbo screams and the thing is like a rocket but still holds back a bit round 3 to 4 thousond rpm then kicks back in to life think its to do with the map or could b the boost controller not sure? just doing my head in cos the car has the power but just carnt use it lol.

its runing 14 psi at the mo, and its runing the same base map as the zvh witch had the same sort of problem. i have tried to make some ajustments but still the same i havent got a clue wot ime doing with it lol .the spec is the crank is ballenced, burton steel rods , arp rod bolts, full ported and pollished head with 3 multi angle valves, pipper 285 kam kit with the new style pullie, badge injectors but have a set of dark greens,t34 turbo with -31 , eboost 2 boost controller, mega squart v2.2 with wide band lamda controll, oh and a stage 2+ cts gear box and a helix 4 paddle clutch, and cossie fule pump think thats all.

So you're running a 1.6 with T2 at 14psi and beiges on the same map as the 1.8 ZVH? There are bound to be some indescrepencies there, and fiddling with things isn't a great idea if you're not sure what you're doing If the engine's healthy I'd advise sticking the big turbo and injectors in and getting it mapped by a proficient tuner.

yeh lol, thats your problem right there, if you dont know how to use it then you need to get it set up by a rolling road tunner
thats exactly what it is mate, a base map to get you started, no way is it going to be perfect, you'll have flat spots all over the place
as said best get it set up proper if you cant tune the ms yourself
