Cheers guys!

Yeah it does pop alot!

Current updates are - not many! lol

I still have the head to put on, and to sort a less restrictive exhaust manifold.

Im also planning on tidying up some under bonnet wiring and fitting an ITG Megaflow Air Filter.

Once all this is done, hopefully i wont be tempted to do any more engine mods! lol

Im aiming to have it all in before Ford Fair and mapping it up too. Want to do some runs there.

asad; in your megasquirt, do you changed r4 and r7 resistors from the original values to the 27k ohm recomended for ford sensors, and then calibrate with easytherm, or only calibrate with original resistors, or how do you did it?

could you give me your config files for that? and your base maps for a 1.8 everything standard?

thanks

Just change the reisiters to 27k . . noi calibration is needed they will work straight off.

We sell MS ECUs built and setup for Zetecs at http://www..mtechautomotive.co.uk

I'm guessing that gauge on the laptop that's flashing/flicking rapidly is the air/fuel ratio? Is he running narrowband/standard lambda still?

yeah thats afr. hes running a narrowband sensor thats knackered, but its not running alpha-n yet so it doesnt reference the sensor. although for mapping purposes there is a wideband mounted in the manifold and the reader hanging from the rear view mirror
