Mig welding
For a while now i have been seeking a welder to do some work on my cars.
a friend of mine had a mig 150 laying around so i bought some argon/co2 gas, new tips and new 0.6mm wire and gave it a go myself.
am pretty chuff for a 1st try
need to adjust the speed a bit me thinks and have a play with thicker metal.
well fun i must say !

Re: Mig welding
It's fun isn't it
I spent hours and hours practicing when I got mine all set up. Got some pretty awesome looking welds by the end of it if I do say so myself
Doing it outside on a car at a funny angle is a whooolllleee different story though
