Mk 3 Brake Guide

Hi there, could someone please give me a detailed list of everything i need and need to do, to get a set of st24 brakes on my mk3 please?

I have a set of Mondeo ST24 calipers n' carriers that i originally got for mk5 zetec S but never got round to fitting them.
Now i have my mk3 fez and wanna stick on the bigger brakes =D

I need something detailed as im no mechanic but ill be able to do it with the right help =)

Any help would be great, Thanks!!

P.S I know this is in the wrong place but im struggling for help :-?
