ok so i havnt bin in here much, since doin a bit of work to my rs iv bought a new toy, some of u may now the car sum may not, its a fiesta mk1 with a 2.0 ltr zetec turbo on a montego turbo su carb, forged pistons an rods, ported head, an not sure on cams want to an need to check lol, an mk1 frs manifold an turbo, spools up so quick, shes fully rose jointed part from rod ends, runin on standard brakes but with full braided hoses, tar-ox pads an grooved discs, fully striped out, flocked dash an roll cage, up front is leda coils an on rear are spax, i will b changing to gaz or avo!!! power wise is stupid pulls soo quick an spins up in every gear, 252 bhp/ 278 lft tq, when the owner build her up she was at 253bhp an 345 lft tq, an fuked the box instantly lol, iv got a few thngs id like to do to her, let me no [ERRR] u thnk and the wheels are the pepper pots on the back and will b changing them to sumthin else once iv decided [ERRR]

thanks, maxwell the oil cooler is actually the water cooler for the charge cooler!! but there will b a oil cooler making its way close to it!!!! plans for it are a new set of coilovers, oil cooler and a baffeld sump or dry sump! new fuel tank an relocate it to the boot, new seats an harnesses, a quaife diff (got an escort rs turbo lsd in atm an doesnt feel like its got one lol) and the obvs, new wheels, all this makes it harder as my RS will b goin in the spray booth in the next few months an then il b rippin the engine out of her for a full rebuild, (thats another thread) an at some point i will b doin a little bit of body work on this one, but all in all she is solid!

The cooler is from a cosworth. Brakes r very much on my list.. [ERRR] red box u talkin bout mate??? Only red box is jus behind the charge cooler an thats the boost control..

ok so since iv had the mk1 iv had to do a few thngs like change the turbo as it blew, so i swaped it with the same one gt25, altho the other one was a gt25r (ball bearing type) also a little job but a massive diff is iv put a BaM shifter on,







iv got a list the size of my arm of [ERRR] i want to do to her in order to make her better an futher more quicker, i would like to try and get her into the 11's

Tltbh jon ive not thought about it. How about a straight swap for urs lol. Id probs say 4500 poss a bit more. Iv not really thought bout it as not planning on selling till iv finished and got her 1/4 time into the 11's as I thnk she is more than capable off..

I think the carb will do 300 at a push tbh, although the car doesnt really need it, honestly man just take it out on track and you will see the straight line stuff isnt where its at
