MK2 Fiesta Ghia - Low and Slow. *coilovers*
Re: MK2 Fiesta Ghia.*Update* K&N fitted.
1800 Jamie :jayrs :never fitted a K&N on a little engine like that mate, mainly cos i never had one really, but my xr2 years ago had a K&N, and it sounded great, could hear it sucking like a sl@g, sounded so good
and for £17 for that mate, bargin for sure!
Yea you can hear it sucking from from the inside of the car. It drowns out the screaming engine when I rev it hard

It does sound pretty good.
In honesty, and im pretty sure Ken would approve, it needs a pair of twin 36's. The video of mine makes me want that noise back in my life

Re: MK2 Fiesta Ghia.*Update* K&N fitted.
Not much has keen done recently due to lack of money. I lost the passengers side end cap of the rear bumper on the motorway yesterday. Looked in my rear view mirror to see it bouncing down the motorway and cars swerving round it It had come off before by the looks of it and ken had tried to repair but I think hes not so dapper with a spanner anymore in his old age.
Tonight I discovered the joys off having a carb'ed engine and decided to get some videos and pictures. Me and fiend were filming in a car park and on one pass the car popped loudly and flamed as a man was getting into his car, fiend heard him saying "Jesus F**cking christ" then continue to swear as he got into his car
Video still:

Re: MK2 Fiesta Ghia.*Update* Flammin' picture and videos.
A small update. Me and Aaron got bored the other night so we took the panhard rob and anti roll bar off my car and sprayed them with some moondust silver spray paint we had laying about from one of our old mk3's. Il let the pics do the talking
Anti roll bar was a proper baxtered to refit:
All fitted:
Sporting a rather fashionable head torch:
Mine and Aarons failed attempt at trying to put camber on my rear wheels:

I thought he might have done but then dismissed the idea when I saw it was actually bolted to the car and not stuck on with tape painted gold.

Good to know your up holding Aarons tradition of not driving if its even remotely wet out! haha not that you would get much traction in the wet anyway!

What you mean pop it into the drop link mate? They bolt onto the same mount that the shock bolts onto the beam with...using the same bolt infact. Then it bolts onto the bootfloor with the mount that you can see in the picture. Its a fiddly job so id recommend having an extra pair hands or maybe I was jut being a girl about it

i see the mount and have all the relevant bits to fit it but the roll bar has two round bits on end which i guess need to be pushed into the drop link bushes.
seems a really tight fit !
