Postby andyboy069 on Mon Nov 28, 2005 1:09 am

Right ive bought a fiesta MK2 1.1 Popular plus. I also have a fiesta rst lump in my garage which i am going to fully rebuild with uprated and performance parts.I have the engine and ancillaries but no loom or ecu.I was wondering how to go about doing the conversion properly and what wiring i need from a FRST and how to wire it into the MK2. I am capable of doing this i just need people who now to help me.Many thanks.Hope you guys can help. :D By the way it already has Cossie brakes and uprated XR2 suspension, the previous owner done all this before i had it. :aviator:

hi mate, i'm no expert on frst wiring but i do know that it is usual in a mk2 fiesta to see an escort turbo engine rather than a fiesta turbo. This probably means that the inlet manifold of the fez turb engine fouls the bulkhead as its efi rather than mfi. Just a heads up really as i don't know for certain either way, but normally in a mk2 fez an erst engine is used. Aid
