This picture shows how bad the splitter scrapes, it seems to have acted as a plow for mud

Well yeah modifying a car should be like an extension of ur self!! :D not trying to say u shouldnt like ur cossie bib, i'm glad i have mine instead though because its a lot less breakable!! I dont mean mine looks like a cossie bib i just mean its a similar idea. Craig i have lowered it by 60mm, i want lower though

Probably just burn the bushes out. Then struggle with the new ones!! :( is it worth getting poly bushes or just sandard?? I was also wondering, the anti roll bars on the rst rear beam, is the mounts on the subframe on my car??

the polybushes make a good difference, but makes it quite stiff

its easy getting them in, rubber mallet, and its in, the harder bit is slotting it into the mount :P

the RST, Xr and Si had the anti roll bar bolted to the beam itself mate, if you want one, buy the beam and arb complete as its a ball ache fitting one to a standard beam, trust me lol

can't even see a hole myself  and poly bushing the rear beam
is somin iv yet to do tbf, but wen I fitted my rear arb to my car mine still has the original beam (1.3 mk3.5) and all the holes were already there so it just bolted straight up :)

pm me when you get to the bushes bud. i hit major obstacles but got them all figured out lol. as jony said, bushes slot right in (remember to give them a slight grease as i forgot and it still squeeks) but its getting the beam back into the brackets on the body which is the pain!

imo its best to take the mount off the car with the beam, then remove the bushes, fit the new ones with copper grease liek ben said, and then fit the mount to it, and then bolt it to the car using the 4 bolts

use a jack or similar to hold the beam up while you bolt it down
