mk3 engine conversion
Hello there im looking for help and advice
Basically thinking of dropping a 1.8 or maybe 2 litre mondeo engine into my fiesta but quote stuck on what im gonna need and what one would be best, any advice would be great

Been done loads of times mate.
If you mod the engine mount bracket from the cvh engine it will bolt into the Zetec and it will bolt up the same way.
Stick with a Zetec inlet from a silver too, rs1800 one is best (says HO on the inlet)
Depending what model fiesta you have not depends on what else you have to do with regards to looms and fueling

Engine will bolt in using the bracket you need to mod in your bay so not a problem.
Being a 1.3 your have to swap to larger fuel lines, and really a better fuel pump.
The correct whine loom and ecu needs to be fitted too

Nice one with the wiring loom is it a difficult process getting it matched up?

Should be a simple job of plug and play, provided you got the right loom and ecu and sensors
Although for some reasoni can't think if there's anything else, I'm having one of them weeks so far lol I'm sure if anyone sees I'm missed anything there jump in
