MK3 Fiesta on 17's and General questions?

Okay let me first appolagise if this as been asked before,
1)MK3 fiesta on 17's.. i have coilovers and rolled arches at back (but not a front) standard frst trim (arch's sideskirts etc) will this work will they catch and how low can i go?
2)Nos? yes or no on a turbo'd car? (zetec turbo)
3)wing mirros currently have M3 style do i change these and if so whats hot?
