Obviously they didn't do a red SI but there seems to be plenty of red SI reps

lol, get mine from halfords. They do a pretty decent job. Get the sticky pads from there too as I hate the look of a plate with screw holes in it

I think they are about £12 each from memory, but will check for you if you like. You have to take in some documentation to prove you own the car and that is the reg when you do it.

Re: MK3-MATT's 5-Door.
Well everyone has an excuse as to why they've failed but, basically, i was at junction/ crossroads with a filter light, filter light came on, i set off and some gammon slipper in a mondeo came bombing across so i had to brake and he gave me a serious for it I couldn't even see him coming either as the direction he was coming from was down hill so you couldn't see until he reached the top.

Re: MK3-MATT's 5-Door.
I would mate but the car needs MOT'ing, Taxing, and Insuring, i thought it was next Sunday but its this one init?
I cant see it happening which is a shame, although it is booked in for its MOT tommorrow/saturday so you never know!
EDIT: i thought you were meaning the rotheram, shipyard meet on the 22nd, i'll be off to that fingers crossed! So hopefully I'll see you there.

Re: MK3-MATT's 5-Door. MOT
Got her in for the MOT today and she failed on one thing - needs a patch of welding on the sill, other than that nothing, no advisories so I'm well pleased!

Re: MK3-MATT's 5-Door.
Well Its been agessssss since i've been on here so thought i best update the thread! I've been really busy over the past months with various changes in life, blah blahh. Anyway, I passed my test in march and have been driving her none stop since and she's still going strong!
A few bits have changed on the car since getting her on the road, mainly a new direct fit back box and some new, well, part-worn tires for my RS 2000 wheels oh i've also replaced the front discs and pads with mintex break box kit too as they were shagged.
I've lost alot of pictures from the recent months after my laptop went belly up so i have 1 measley photo from FITP for now
bye!
