Is it the 1.6 CVH 8v motor or the 1.8 Zetec 16v motor?

CVH
polished and ported head (standard sized valves)
Piper or Kent cam with vernier pulley
Chip
4-2-1 manifold
Magnex exhaust (will require modding to mate to manifold)
K&N

My old 2i ran this setup and recorded a smidge over 130bhp at PTS.

Zetec
Piper reprofiled fast road cams
Chip
2ltr Throttle Body
130PS MAF
Magnex exhaust system
K&N induction kit relocated to get good cold air

Run this setup on an Escort GTi and recorded 147bhp at SCC on an uber accurate Dyno Dynamics rolling road.

Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
