Mk4 fiesta lowering question

How low would you go for a daily runner. There is pot holes everywhere and a few speed humps nothing major though. Is 60mm doable as a daily runner or is it to risky or will 40mm be a better ride on 195/45/16 inch mondeo alloys

40 would be better, gives a bit more spring than a 60mm drop would, i have 60mm on mine and it has hardly any spring travel quite hard on bumps
I’d rather lose by a mile because I built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me. Your car, is your story, so don’t let someone else write the book. – MOOG (Mighty Car Mods)

Drop it 60 don't be a pussy! :bonkers: I had 60mm on springs and shocks before my coilovers on my daily rs and its fine and now I'm a fair bit lower on the coilies still daily and still loving it. :) :Q if your more concerned about the comfort get adjustable shocks .. Then just adjust the dampening rate to suit , 60mm isn't really low enough to worry about speed bumps and pot holes, not normal
Ones anyway :bonkers:
