Mk5 130 spec rear brakes

hi guys i have created myself a litlle prob....i have a 16v si..i hate car drum brakes....too fiddly.... so i bought the disc setup from an escort.. however im stumped on how to sort a handbrake out...the hydraulic line plumbing is no probs obviously....i would like to build a kit of parts so i can just do it one weekend!...i.e if i need spacers machined etc....

the other prob is i dont know the year of the car the parts came from....

Thanks guys....help on this would be seeeriouslty appreciated
