Right guys and girls update on the spec i am now going for.
The spec.
2.0 blacktop
Diamond Racing forged pistons (deposit down on them)
Stock rod's with apr bolts
Rebuilt head with new valves and seals (deposit down on this)
Exhaust side ported
Adaptor plate & Escort rs turbo t3 manifold
Front breather blocked and new one drilled into back of block.
T3 turbo
Sump modified for oil return
Mega squirt v2 ecu (unless a better ecu is sourced)
Aiming for around 220-250 bhp
Few pics of my mock engine in its new home in my living room and also can see the front oil blocker i brought.

I have a focus RS inlet for sale £150 - it's the real deal with the elbow and the metal reinforcement bracket for the injector area.
I also have a brand new set of FRS injectors £100

Re: mk5 panther black 2.0 zetec *Now going ZT*
well been a a few weeks have made some progress on the car.
thanks to a mate over on zsoc got a smooth boot which need a touch of work and re-spray but he let me have it for a good price so have that fitted just need get some struts to keep it open. went for this over the fibreglass boot just because of the price i got it
fitted my Mondeo mk3 calipers and mite get away with not even grinding them down its very close but with the td 1.2s they spin free etc
also just a pic which i saw when working on the car and thought got to take how good would this stance be..
Really need to get some new coilovers after selling the aps or at least some shocks to get the car a rolling shell again.
Tomoz i plan on painting the inside and engine bay white. this will just be a hammer rite job with a roller as dont want to fork out the £££ to have it sprayed inside.
Also plan on fitting the manual rack i now have.
today have stripped the engine down to the block which i will be painting and honing out ready for the rebuild to begin.
have started to paint the inside white using hammer rite not the best but trying to spend the money on the engine and not the car its self. the new hammer rite can be used with a roller so this is what i have been using long way to go yet though.
engine been taken apart
weird crystal stuff by the water pump.
good news on the crank looks like it will just need a polish on some of the jernals and can use standerd size bearing again which will be nice not bad for a 160k crank
and all packed away for today as had to go pick the g/f up.

Re: mk5 panther black 2.0 zetec *Now going ZT*
well engine bay now nearly stripped so i can source a mtx75 box and start mocking up all the mounts and get them welded in and paint the bay.
Why taking the bottom stabiliser mount out i have noticed its quite similar to the focus so hopefully will not need much to fit that. Then need to sort some drive-shafts out, but getting there slowly.
Once bay is painted i will be able to fit my manual steering rack and decided 100% if to fit the brake bar and non abs master cylinder i have back in or scrap the lot and get a pedal box.

touch more of a update:
i did not want to ruin my stickerbomb rocker cover so will be keeping that for shows etc so i had this silvertop cover spare so give it a little bit of paint what do you think?
also i am know 100% going mtx75 gear box out of a 2.0 focus so got hold of a bottom stabiliser mount it should bolt straight up to were the fiesta stabiliser mount goes but mite be a touch on the short side but untill i go to the car and see i wont no for sure.
