MK6 fiesta brakes
Hi guys, if you dont already know, my mk6 is having a revamp possibly next year (engine, suspension etc), but one thing that is bugging me is the brakes.
Its currently running on the standard 1.25 setup(all the same through out the range bar the ST). I have recently aquired some mk3 mondeo front calipers (ready for next year), but i also got a whole rear disc setup from a focus (which is ment to be a straight swap).
Now the question is, shall i fit these rear discs now and keep my standard fronts (behind my 15" rims, they will fit), or wait untill i change the fronts, and do them all in one hit.
Cheers Mike

I wouldn't fit the RS2000 rear discs with standard front brakes, and my 285mm/4 pots only just about balance up the rear braking force. Sup to you, but over-braking the rear is bad news if you ever find yourself in the situation where you have to stamp on them. My TDCi has extremely good brakes, so I daresay yours stops just fine as it is.
