Aup mate
I currently own a mk 3 fiesta rs turbo on a j plate and it seems like im in the same position as ive got a 165bhp chip and am currently looking into the stage 2 chip, i believe that for the stage 2 you require
1) Remap of your ECU
2) An uprated fuel pump
3)Beige injectors (roughly £55 each x 4)
Ive had a quote for the stage 2 at around £400 am i being ripped off?[/u][/b]

Get a standard fuel pressure regulator back on the car. The standard item is more than capable and is adjustable anyway and changing it for a so called performance item causes problems rather than curing any. You can't just up the fuel line pressure. Give the person who told you it was a good idea a damn swift slap to the chops.

If you're going to 195 it it is also strongly advised you change the fuel pump for a standard Escort Cossie item.

You can pick the up for around £50 second hand and they will go well over 200bhp and are the best type they look the same as the frst one
