Is there a huge difference between LX, GLX and GHIA Mondeo engines that could be put in a fez ?

Power wise mainly. :D

Thankyou.

Think your asking in the wrong forum pal, you may get a better responce in tuning etc.

Don't quote me but i don't think there is any difference in the spec of the engines as far as the trim levels go. For example my friends 1800cc zetec mondeo was a Lx spec and it was identical to my mums Glx mondeo engine wise, but didn't have the toys, when ordering engine parts no one has asked for the trim spec on either car.
Basically i think a 1800cc zetec is a 1800cc zetec and the same for a 2000cc one

Thanks

Matt

Engines are the same, only differnces between any of the engines are manual/auto. And thats still the same engine, just means if you buy an auto engine you need the fiesta cps and you need to find an ECU from somewhere else. Autos are all external edis, and you need an internal edis ECU, which you can find in any manual Mondeo
