What zetec type is a mondeo Si engine? series 2? can i use my fiesta Si manifolds for the engine(as im dropping it in me Si)....

I dont see why not as the engine in Lou's Fiestakingfisher is a Zetec-R. :)

Is it, i take it thats what MMo has in his too... I think its a little harder to fit, the Zetec E is more generally used, upto 1997

All i can tell u is that its a 1994 car mondeo Si, done 89k miles, has 'DOHC 16V' on the rocker. and is 3000 quid with the ecu, oh and it had 136ps on the indution pipe. is that ok? i heard summinka bout sticking valves!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i thought the next engine up was 6bhp slower??

Thats a Zetec Series 1 i think.. Mine says Zetec 16v on it :-D

so does my current engine mate, should b fine if i use the correct oil init!, phill candy said its fine! only thing is it makes a tapping noise ! andy ideals people???

make sure u change the cam belt and idlers before u put it in .dont make the same mistake as me and not do it

Lou has a series two i think :-? silver top?

the zetec r wouldnt go straight in no, engine mounts, starter and a few other bits are different!

Ah ok mate i got a few places to ring around on saturday! Are the phase 1 n 2 the same out put? 136bhp?????
