What are you aiming for? Chip, exhaust and filter is the norm and will get you seeing 150-160bhp+

then you can go onto beiges, the larger T3 turbo, the list is endless, your wallet is the deciding factor! :)

Yeah true all depends on money, i just want to get as much power without spending in the wrong place im willing to spend about £1000 max on the engine really, ive got a Bmw M3 as well which has been chipped to chipping is something to be done but need advise on whats the best gear to use, like car audio you can spend money on something and not get what you want and have to buy something again to get it right. I also want to take it down Santa Pod when its done.

Brakes and suspension will need sorting before upping the power. The stock kit is'n much cop with teh standard power.

Personally

Koni or Bilstein suspension kit
Cossie 4x4 front brake conversion
15" wheels and tyres

That'll probably be your budget eaten but sorting these points out will leave you with a quicker car over all than chucking more power into a chassis that can't cope.

also try and get hold of a pair of strut braces as well as the stuff oranoco said.

also if you have the money you could go for the filter and exhaust route to free up a few more ponies.
8 slices, 4 Sandwiches.
