I currently own a 2i, but im getting bored of it and want to buy a fiesta turbo, so i have a few questions about tuning? What is the best way to go? I want it to run it about @200bhp but still be quite reliable, do you need a low conpression rebiuld for that amount of bhp? what is the best boost to run? do you need to uprate the intercooler or buy a charge cooler? can some 1 list what mods would be best?
ie head work, cam, chip, t3 turbo etc...... thanx jamie

If you want a reliable 200bhp you should get a T3 conversion, with low comp, cam etc.....
I suppose a hybrid T2 will do the job, but the do run out of "steam" at the top end.
A chargecooler is the way to go, but a Pace alloy i/c will do.
You will also need to up-grade the fueling, injectors and dont forget the brakes

But i would recommend getting used to a standard FRST before you go and increase the power to 200bhp. I have approx 165bhp and that is very quick in a Fiesta

200bhp in a Fiesta RS Turbo, mindless torque steer and handles like a Nike Running shoe on ice.

if you want 200bhp you are going to have to concider sorting out the suspension, and the lack of LSD, and get some bigger brakes, and of course bigger wheels to hold these bigger brakes,
