Moving house and have a sky question!!!

Moved house on friday, and ive lobbed the old dish up...everything is fine...if i tell sky i have moved house and the buggers gonna charge me?? as i notice on the moving house section that they either put up a new dish at your addy or they will send someone to inspect the old dish at the property..im still in 12 month contract and chances are ill be moving again in a month or so! and only thing that worries me is they are sending out new cards for the boxes......

Just phone them up and change your details. If its still working I see no reason for Sky to have to come round to you- they should just be able to change your address on the system.

Nooo

Change of address equals new contract - I moved in Nov and was faced with this. If they send someone out they'll charge £60 and are supposed to fit a new dish, if it needs it or not.

I did it, just phoned up and change my address. It was about 7 years into having sky in fairness, but there was no problem at all.
