Mtx75 gearbox conversion in zetec turbo mk3 fiesta
Hi all was just wondering if there is a guide anywhere or if anyone knows what gearbox mounts etc i will need to use cheers

Pretty sure u would need custom mounts and also custom shafts, want to do this in my mk5zs eventually, might be able to use focus Rs shafts as that runs an mtx75 box depends on the length tho obviously. Wouldn't be too hard to make a couple of mounts if ur handy with a welder,
You don't see many people using mtx box in a fiesta so it's hard to know what fits, just trial and error I guess lol

From what I can understand you need
Custom mounts for gearbox
Custom shafts
Gear linkage conversion as they are cable shift(unless you get a rs200)
Hydraulic clutch conversion (again rs2000box doesn't need)
And then to sort a fly wheel and clutch to use also.
From my understanding youl be looking around £1000 to buy all the parts and fit a decent MTX into a fiesta
If your still interested if you get hold of "crazycage" he has acces to the custom mounts and driveshafts and his workmanship is awesome!
