Wheels do look good, but the drums being painted silver kinda ruins it a bit :(

The front cailpers look fine, its just the drums being silver that i think looks odd. :-?

Just went back to see what wheels you used to have and I think the GTi wheels look better :)

Matt black drums FTW though. I Personally don't like "in ya face" drums, "in ya face" callipers are good though

my cars had more bad luck :( some driver hit my si up the back at some point last week while my car was at my girlfriends house and drove off leaving a scuff and crack in the paint on the offside corner of the rear bumper it also pushed the bumper off on the corner :x but i fixed it :|

i'm deciding not to get it fixed now as its coming off the road and going into storage mid june  and i am on the look out for something cheap and cheerful and i am hoping to buy a mk3 fiesta flight 1.3 once i find a good one :)

the car also has vibra technic gearbox mounts fitted now and i think there awesome (altho i did hate them to start with)

so to cheer myself up i decided to give my si a good clean and polish 2day and take some more pictures

between 1000 and 1200tpft but lost my no claims in july as i had a slight bump and was involved in a 5 car plie up back in 2007 so 2 claims in 3 years and with my insurance company saying my si is group 16 after all the mods its gona be high and i have something very special i'm saving up for (engagement ring) so i really have got to save my pennys. so for at least 10 months or year the si will be garaged until i can afford to run it again

Without meaning to drag this off-topic, that one on ebay is a bit odd what with the mondeo inlet manifold and somehow 'rusty' plasic skirts

Anyway, nice runaround Phil :) you know you want to 2.0 it

i did it myself did it very cheapy i had a wire wheel and put that in my drill and grinded all the rust off to bare metal then cleaned it and painted it with white hammerite as its good for rust proofing and it will sit behind the xr2i bumpers i should be getting soon :)
