My 3dr Sierra RS Cosworth Track car.
Originaly Brought this about 8 years ago.
Was originaly running a T3 & Greens with an Ahmed Bajoo map,17" O.Z Superleggera's,Mongoose exhaust,K&N 57i.4x4 intercooler and Avo Coilovers.
The original plan was to fit bigger brakes and an oil cooler and do some trackdays but then i went to TOTB 2 and saw a stripped out and caged RS500 and thought thats what im going to do to mine
So the next year i bought a safety devices cage,6 point Harnesses,Oil cooler,Big wing sump,325mm front discs and 4x4 rears along with mintex 1155 pads and castrol SRF Fluid,a few gauges and i picked it up the night before RSOC National day where i did my first trackday,And it was such good fun it grew from there!
Next was Croft RSOC Regional day where the car ran great again.
Next mods were a turbo pre radiator and a pro alloy intercooler followed by a gunship map,the car went bloody fast but killed the turbo on the last session!
So i got hold of grey injectors and a t34.55 and remap by NMS and took it upto 350bhp.
Since then i have played around with it so much i cant remember what order i did things.
But its had a rebuilt engine, that currently runs aprox 450bhp with a T4 thats been modified to GGR Group A spec (have detuned it dowen to 450 to give much more low down torque) and a change of cams and inlet would see it do well over 500bhp if i wanted.
Had adjustable top mounts fitted along with compression struts, adjustable tca's,bladed anti roll bar, poly diff mount,Compomotives (set for road and one for track).
Tons of other little things too which i cant remember!
This is how it looks now
Taken at Fast Fords 25th anniversarey of the 3dr
Taken at RS Combe a few weeks ago.
And this is what i now have to bolt on just to meet noise restrictions!
Now its time to enjoy it a bit more and modify as and when parts fail

Re: My 3dr Sierra RS Cosworth Track car.
First update in a while as i fell out of love with it,sold all my spares and was going to sell it but now had a change of heart
Just got it m.o.t'd and fitted a 300mm Reyland rear disc kit ready for its first trackday of the year at Combe on the 7th.
Only drove it a few miles back from the garage so hope this bad weather will stop so i can bed them in properly

Was going to be out all day but caleed it off now due to the extreme weather conditions.
Can't say i wanted to do the 155 mile drive down in such dangerous conditions and flooding and then be faced with a waterlogged track
Going to book on at RSOC National day for the 22nd instead and will make that whatever the weather as its only down the road from me
