Re: my new black rs turbo project..... few more engine pics
engines nearly done now bar needing a new fuel line, and a slight airlock needs bleeding, then theres alot of polishing to do as for the rest of the car, the poxy alarm is playing havok with the drivers door and the idle control valve isnt controling the idle other than that its all good
before i started
and how she is nearly finished

Thats alot of fluid in the header mate hope your going to drain some out. Still having no joy with the idle then.

Spray a lot of wd40 inside the iscv and encourage the spring with a screwdriver. Lash it with brake cleaner, blow it with an airline and try it. If its still the same, check the wiring of the crank postion sensor and check the throttle position sensor as well!

Re: my new black rs turbo project..... few more engine pics
sometimes the iscv is knackered as the solenoid breaks down and doesnt work right, nothing you can do about it then, it will need replacing
but tbh i dont think it alone would cause it to stall clogged or faulty

Re: my new black rs turbo project..... not gonna make ford fair
2 months its long over due an update, been slowly chipping away at it and collecting parts, made full use of the drive over to ford fair and got a really good nick steering wheel as mine was knackered from a steering lock that used to be used by the previous owner, 2 brand new vibratecnik engine mounts, made some difference!! a full moongoose system, a brand new drivers side front amber indicator lense, a few replacement rear arb brackets, an 82 degree thermostat, a brand new rs turbo sticker for the back, some b pillar covers as mine were missing, a new light and battery for the key fob and of course some fast ford t shirts, i also got some red rs mudflaps and some genuine ford wind deflectors, think thats all the bits from ford fair then on saturday just gone i drove down the country and got a full mint set of green stripes, a stage 1 airtec alloy rad with slimline fan and a good set of red ht leads, think thats all the parts ive lined up ready to go, ive still to get the few panels sprayed up but thats all down to funds at the monent, anyways heres a few pics comments welcome as always
all for now
all for now
