Re: My Black Xr2i 8v
Yh got a few things in mind for it but im keeping it looking as it is, im lovng my 50p style wheels so many people ditch them for being ugly but they have grown on me and i recken they suit the car and stop it looking chavvy, the amber indicators are staying too. The engine will be given a four branch manifold, k&n and posiblely a cam and a propper tune up.

Re: My Black Xr2i 8v
I think mine was around 130bhp n/a when i did the mods to it....
Port and polished head,
4-1 manifold,
Superchip,
K&N,
Also would advise fitting S2 gearbox and totally transformed the car also...

Im loving my amber indicators too (gingercators) their not going anywhere! I dont do chavvy and im not doing any unnessisary mods either, its staying original looking, with focused mods to improve power, handling and braking

Re: My Black Xr2i 8v
Small update. Shes off the road now currently out of mot and needing a bit of work, new lower arms, steering rack (its a lil sloppy), wheel bearings, gearbox, clutch, tyres, small patch of welding on the sill, rocker cover gasket and an mot. Anoyingly iv spent all my wages on bike gear as iv got an old 600 to hack about on while the fez is getting some love, so i needed a new jacket and had a lump of debt to clear so roll on nxt payday and hopefully i can blow most of my wage on the fez

Re: My Black Xr2i 8v
Driveshaft oil seals are leaking and diff bearings going. i picked up another box for 40 quid yh its a bit of a list but its all wear and tear stuff most of its knackered up due to being stood up for four years i exspect. Its worth spending money on it tho i love it, its a laugh to drive, it looks the dogs dangleys (even if i do say so myself! ) and sounds awsum! Even my gf loves driving it. I cant believe i actually put it on ebay, so glad i took it off

Re: My Black Xr2i 8v
lol i had quite alot of interest in it, i even had a guy try and con me! (long story) and had a stoned chive call me asking about it too, that made me worry about [ERRR] dick might end up with it and [ERRR] they'd do to it! (im sad i know lol) so i swiftly took it off and decided to keep it and hopefully get it propperly minty eventually.

Re: My Black Xr2i 8v
Started waxoiling the old girl yesterday iv done the rear arches rear panel and boot floor altho i think i got just as much on me as i did on the car lol im amazed how solid she is only minor scabby patches where the origanal sealer had lifted but no holes what so ever at the back, shes going in for mot on weds i know the front of the passenger sill needs a plate so il finish wax oiling when shes got a ticket, also il do it at work on a ramp rather than crawling around in the dirt lol
