I tried but didnt have any luck. Tried the obvious things like checking earths etc, no luck. Ill have another look at it when i can be bothered
So i got up to a few other things on the mazda this weekend, in between the rain, wind etc
Firstly i removed the dash, again and sprayed the metal brace bar behind the dash
Matt black, favourite colour
Fitted back in
Today Stevie B came round in a Zafira, with sport mode
He was bringing round my new roof Hardtop time, no more crappy taped up window
Some may notice ive fitted a matt black sunstrip too, took about 10 mins
Cheers Steve for bringing it over etc. Hopefully sort the wiring sometime.

Re: My Eunos Roadster track car (28/2/10)
Did you get those joiners?
And the hard top now makes the rest of the car look so much more beaten up Think it needs spraying matt black

It definitely doesnt need spraying black, will just look like a soft top again then. Why the hell did you cut some random holes in the dash that look like a 17 year old going for the 'rally look' would do. Well done youve saved 0.3 grams. Im pretty sure a layer of paint would weight more than those tiny bits of plastic. Stop doing gay stuff to the car without asking, its mine too. That especially applies for the roof, its staying silver.

I bet, but they weigh loads though
Smo-Yeah got them cheers babes. Will put them to good use sometime soon.
James- Ive decided the roof will stay silver anyway, but thanks for your thoughts The holes in the dash are because the air enters the cabin through a hole in the bulkhead right behind there. Its to help airflow in the cabin. As theres no heater now.

Was nice the other day for once, so took a few better pictures of the mazda, shows the hardtop
Dash lights still need sorting, and theres a leak of some sort of something thats going to need sorting. A/c coming out over the next few weekends, then best start getting it ready for the couple of track events ive got booked

Just get the large plasters
Or paint two sanitary towels a creamy brown colour - will look about the same.

If Henry doesn't buy that himself, we'll have to go halves and just do it for him

Re: My Eunos Roadster track car (28/2/10)
dontpannic :Nice! How much is that total?
Not a clue, only started weighing what id removed recently. The boot was originally full of trim etc, now has nothing in except the battery. The interior must have weighed a bit too, most of thats been binned now. Would be interesting to see how much it weighs in at now though
