My Fiesta 1800 xr2i

Just asking anyone out there where i can start on mine. I'm wanting about 120 bhp to 130 bhp if poss anymore whould be great. Complete standard engine roughly 90,000 miles on it the engine itself is strong but i'm just hoping someone can point me in the right direction please

If you want around 130bhp you want to find either some RS1800 cams, throttle bodies and Ecu or the same out of a 2L mondeo!

130 Whould be good if i want anymore i'll just get a turbo. But i'm not sure how long before the engine starts to loose it's go and dont want to go too far and then it lets go on me. I suppose i'm asking whether i get it rebuilt it has done 90,000 HELP :-?

Well mine has just done 94k and will be doing the RS1800 conversion soon hopefully! my engine seems alright so far, so will leave it until something goes wrong!

yeah sounds good, why is they a CVH32 cam? This is a zetec, lol......

The 105 BHP engine is in fact a 115 1.8 lump restricted via fuel.

Take the car on a rolling road and get them to tune it.

you will gain 10 bhp.

I did this at power engineering, im now running 115bhp @ 5250 revs. Which is 10 bhp more and lower down in the rev range. So now my round town driving is great fun.

I have done 92k miles on my engine. After u done that, i would change the inlet manifold to a 2L / 130bhp engine manifold. Im doing this.

You certain about this mate? [ERRR] when i had a superchip in my 16v 2i it didnt really do much for performance to be honest :-?
