Cheers mate! Think I will leave them silver for the time being, see how they look on the car and then maybe spray them white in the future.

Never seen them in silver on the frst before so it will be good to stand out and be abit different :aviator:

Update time!

When I went home for xmas I got to see my rs again for the first time in 13 weeks which was awesome and I also had my new comps in transit so thought I would trial fit one to see how it looks. I'm well pleased, looks just as I wanted! :Q

Also bought a not far off new set of headlight protectors from sjoyce666 (thanks again) so also trial fitted one of these to see how it looked.

I wanted to get some more work done on the rs over xmas but was working on my sleeper project for the whole time (was numb most of the time working outside due to the rs being in the garage in the way lol!). Oh well, there's always easter!

Here's some pics anyway:

Wheels look good Dave :Q

Easiest way to remove the headlight protectors is to pull them off the bottom fist, that way you don't stress the 2 clips at the top. I removed them from Scotts FRST when he sold them to you because he was too nervous to do it

I was very scared when I was trial fitting the protectors and worked out that the best way would be to start with the bottom rather than try and strain the clips! Couldnt imagine how gutted I would be if I broke one! :o
