My FITP problem. . .

Im gonna be travelling up with Jay and Clair and am quite worried about my hearing

After 2hrs of Throttle Body abuse i think im proberly gonna go deaf so should i

- Wear ear defenders
- Wear ear plugs
- Hold my hands over my ears
- Stay in bed :D
