My rs never ending project

This is my thread of my mk 3 FRST project.

I bort it off my partners mate in poor condition about 3 years ago. But he was flat broke and i paid over the odds for it live a mug to help him out.

The only thing that has not been tuched is the outter shell lucky enth a mounth befor i bort it a van drove in to the back of it, and on repire he done the right thing and had the hole car respraed. The bonnet paint was a bit flat so i had it flushed and re painted. It is dimond white with 40% blue perl

I painted the under neth and enging bay and had most parts that wasnt new powder coated. All new lights, window rubbers, door shuts and got a single wiper arm with the washer jets on the wiper blade.

Same old same wheels (comps) in white 195/40/16 with good year egal F1.

I painted the inside as well and laid new sound deadning.

I have the OMP theme so i will just list the inside.



OMP half cage

No ICE

walter injection tank

no seats yet or harnesses

OMP plumed in extinguisher

OMP hand held extinguisher

Mk 3.5 black dash

black carpet throw out

oil presher gage (ford racing)

Fule presher gage (ford racing)

B&M quick shift

Quick relese stering wheel

There is all so a walter tank for the intercooler spray

A pall cord for the plumed in extinguisher in the spear wiper arm and there is one in the inside of the car.

looks flippin awsome. cant wait to see this in the flesh. am loving the blue white theme in the engine bay. is it paint or powder coated blue on the mounts ect?

looking good..that inlet looks very much like the jamsport one i had...works well but make sure its flat on the bottom as mine was miles out...

is that last hole out of line or is it just loose fitted on there?

and you have water outlet and water temp sensor in the inlet the wrong way round btw :wink: unless you have done it that way for a reason, but the water pipe to oil cooler wont fit with it like that

Non of the holes lined up mate or the ports had to fettle with the ports so that will flow better. I have sorted that missing bolt out as well tar.

Thank u about that walter pipe. I put a post up on passionford asking if that was right and no one gave me a stright antswer. But i dont spose it matters though as i have a seprat oil coller now.
