Bet you were gutted!
At least you've got another project going now anyway, even if it can't be white!

Red and black are the two best colours for the fez imo, but white ones look equally as lush

Re: My si project!.........Going lower!
As many of you will be pleased to hear (especially M1K3Y_B ), I ordered a set of spax -35mm lowering springs for the si yesterday, and will be picking them up on Saturday!
I'll be fitting them in the next couple of weeks, along with the FRST bonnet, all ready for her going back on the road on Saturday 2nd May! I really can't wait to get her back on the road again after 6 months!
Will post before and after pics when I fit the new suspension

Re: My si project! (Update 20/04/09....lowered!)
Right then, time for an update! Not been on here for a few days as I've been mad busy, but I managed to find the time last wednesday to get the si lowered.......finally!!
Picked the springs up from demon tweeks a couple of weeks ago, and just before I left, this turned up in the car park....
Anyway, here are the springs I fitted:
And this is how the car looks now:
I'm soooooooooooooo pleased with it! It looks a million times better and also handles much much better too!
Let me know what you think!

Re: My si project! (Update 05/05/09....FRST bonnet!)
Well, this weekend I finally got the FRST bonnet polished up after respraying it and put it on. I'm delighted with it! Is such a big improvement and just finishes the car off nicely at the front.
Oh, I also got the rocker cover and engine bay cleaned up and polished again ready for FITP
Here's some pics:

Thanks for the comments ppl!
The next plan is to put a 2.0ltr zetec engine in, hopefully this year if money allows and other than that, just drive it and enjoy it!
