I would say more, Probably bout 160. Never know for sure until you get it on the rollers mate :)

Are you using standard XR2i Throttle Body? I can see this to be a bit restrictive.

If you are using 8v XR2i inlet manifold and throttle body, I'm not sure if you can use the mondeo throttle body, but if you are using 16v xr2i inlet manifold and throttle body, i'd say get the RS1800 throttle body as some people say its a bit of a nightmare to get the mondeo one to fit properly and its the same diametre as the as the mondeo.

I think theres a way of using a cosworth throttle body which would probably give the best results but im not 100% sure, unless you wanted to go down the route of having throttle bodies :D

Also, i had a look on http://www.burtonpower.com for you, but they only seem to do throttle bodies and bigger carbs but not a direct replacement.

i em going to use the XR2I injection, or else i would have to get one from a 16v ant then make an adapter plate for the 8v head and that would be stupid.

And i need to have an 8v on because of MOT.

I don't know if a cossi trottle body can fit on an XR2I, but i don't think so.

I also looked all over for a bigger trottle body for an XR2I and i cant find any, i think it is as big as it can get.
