OK, not sure how to do this then. The turbo was sold to me as working OK, it's been sat for probably 5 years though.

There doesnt seem to be much play but I wouldnt want to sell you a s**t. I dont have anything to test on right now as my car's off the road after the weekend just gone.

If you want to take a chance on it, how about for now you sort the postage on it, try it, if it works for you then throw us some money? Fine to take on any better ideas though

Mine was smoking as well. I bought a refurb kit off the net & done the refurb myself. And now I have no smoke.
