Need some vital advice on my FRST (PLEASE)
I have recently fitted a fiesta rs turbo engine into my xr2i its running a T3 on standard boost standard injectors standard ofab ecu most things on it are standard and i am having fueling problems.
it will tick over sweat as a nut then a split second after you open the throttle the engine bogs down and pops some times. i did initialy try a T2 but that was the same i have come to the conclusion that it is under fuelling.
i am currently an apprentice mechanic my self and have checked (as far as i know) everything
any suggestions at all will be welcome
thanks

Mine did something similar shortly after I got it and that turned out to be the Throttle Position Switch. Did you carry across the full FRST engine management?
Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

no, the TPS is the same.
could be a map sensor fault though.
what inlet manifold are you using? it might have a 2i air temp sensor in it

Yes it will make a big difference as the air(boost) being passed over it in a turbo application will be a lot higher
