Need speed guage little cog thingy

I need the little cog thingy from a fester that came with 15" wheels mine originally had 13"s and so me speedo is out. Ford want an arm and a leg to put this f00ker right and i was told i just need a special cog to go on side of gearbox.
Im not mechanically minded someone put me straight.

Ok, no Mk3 Fiesta ever came with 15" wheels as standard. What size tyres are you running on those 15s? They should be 195/45x15s. If they're 195/50x15s your speedo will under-read due to the larger diameter of the 195/50 profile tyre. Fit the right tyres and your speedo will be accurate again!
