Need Windows O-S disk

right comps definatly screwed and i need to re-install windows of sum sort
originaly run with M-E then installed new hard drive and mate installed windows 2000 professional.

currently cant click on links to bring up other pages such as a link to site
cant open hotmail page
cant run/sign in to msn
cant use yahoo
and lots of other random poo..

so need a "back up" or "replacment"

plz :)
