Re: New fiesta rs
Just not viable in todays climate (economic and environment).
Would cost too much to make with the small amount of sales they would get, would cost too much to tax, insure etc.
I wouldn't build your hopes up anyway - Ford have publicly announced that the current Focus RS will be the LAST EVER Ford produced car wearing the RS badge.

Re: New fiesta rs
I suppose they wouldnt be as rare and special then tho!
The thing is, I think its more trendy nowerdays to have an "econetic" badge or a "bluemotion" badge on the back of your car than "rs" or "gti" etc.
Other car companies are still making fast cars tho, like the nissan skyline, mitsubishi evo, subaru impreza etc and then there are companies like porsche, ferrari etc so you would think ford could still manage to do at least one fast car.
I just dred the day when they discontinue the st and rs focuses
