New ICE Setup.. (Help Please)
Hi, was thinking about getting a new setup for my new car, as ive got some pioneer compontents (Pioneer TS-A132C) i want to get the rest of the setup with the same make, so i was thinking of:
Pioneer TS-W3001D4 12" Sub http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/popup_ ... p?pID=6667
Pioneer DEH-P6900IB Headunit http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/popup_ ... p?pID=5698
All i need now was the amps to power the sub, and the 2 sets of components (front and rear). On the headunit there are 3 Pre-Outs, one for the front speakers, one for the rear speakers and a high output one for the sub, does that mean i will need 3 amps? I know people say no to have rear speakers, but i have people in the back of the car most of the time, so i want some speakers for them. So is there anybody out there who can help me.
Also what sub box would suit the sub about, sealed or ported?
cheers

u dont need to have 3 amps . to run the front and rear spakers u will need a 4 chanel amp then pulg the front and rear rca's in to it then conect the speaker wires to each chanel. and for the sub just a 2 chanel amp will do and bridge it to drop the ohms and in crese the power. as 4 ported or seald well ported will move more air and give a depper base and seald will give a sharper more punchy base hope this help chris
