NewBie

Hey Guys

i'm new on this site and hopefully won't get told off for posting this in here. haven't found a newbie section.

didn't want to start posting without introducing myself first.

right here goes

I a 26 yrs old male living in somerset, i work for city-link as a multi-drop driver.

i have been into rs's for about 7 years now and have had many S2's, mk4 cabby zvh turbos and rs2000's i enjoy building engines and cars etc. some may know me from other sites under the name STEELCABBY or RST2000.

i pick up my fiesta rs turbo on the 13th june 2008, its a black J-reg that is completely standard, done about 90,000. but it does need abit of work on the body etc as the front wings are getting abit weak. drivers seat is worn and there is a dent in the middle of the bonnet and on the tailgate. also someone fitting a new filler cap plate and didn't do it right so you can see bits of the square plate they used in certain light.

hoping to get the whole car resprayed with new wings and front valance along with 2 new sills as they were done at the back for MOT in feb.

i will post up pics in the right forum when i get it, i hope you lot can give me advice and help of finding parts, panels etc and hope to meet some of you at the shows

Hello again, just replied to your post the 'The Site'

Where abouts in Somerset are you? Most members are miles away up North and far East, but there is a growing number in the Southwest these days. We sometimes have meetups, rolling road days and convoy to Castle Combe and Silverstone for shows.

Shame your not getting the RS sooner, we are having a mini stand at the Dorset RSOC Reg Day next weekend.
