newbie with 2.1 16v turbo q's

i was advised to use frst management on my zetec turbo which will be fitted to my series one.is it easy to fit?does it use the standard zetec crank pickup with a frst flywheel?i need an OFAB ecu apparently and i can use a 2i wiring loom with a few wire changes?does the ecu run the fuel pump and can i get a wiring diagram anywhere for it?sorry lots of questions but my cvh is about to go bang and zetec is the way forward any help would be greatly appreciated.
