Nick's ST
Re: Nick's ST
Luckily, this isn't in Kent
It's a disused road tunnel on Leake Street on the South Bank in London. It runs underneath Waterloo Station and since Banksy used it to exhibit work, it has become a legal Graffiti zone. It's now known as the Graffiti Tunnel. It's used quite often for car meets etc - it's out of the way, hardly any Police interaction, and acoustics are fantastic
Here's the result of a mate's new camera...
Last few were actually taken on Embankment, just up the road from Westminster. Amazingly, the parking I had found was not only empty, but completely free (though it was between Midnight and 2am!)

but just a tip if i may, 4 shots of each angle is a bit of a overkill, the photographer i understand, its never wrong to take too many photos, but dont upload them all

I'm not wasting any bandwidth... I've just uploaded everything that wasn't blurry.
Adz - my photobucket is stocked to the gills with photos now, when I've finished sorting through them and erasing number plates I'll probably open it up

Yeah, I was a bit apprehensive but when I got there there was a VAG/Jap meet going on down there so felt safer! Had a good old chat with a few randomers down there too lol

Re: Nick's ST
Moved the car last night to find a big puddle of oil underneath it, and the power steering reservoir almost empty. Yet another job to do, hopefully its not the pump, don't really fancy spending £300+VAT on a new one, so if it turns out to be the pump I'll take my chances with a low mileage second hand one.

Power steering pump on my ST was whining like mad when I got rid of it, I assume it was on it's way out. Yet another thing that was wrong with it.

Strangely, it just seemed to throw a hissy fit that day - it actually ended up losing all its coolant from a combination of a split hose and the water pump. Therefore, I have a spare PAS pump in the shed from a 20k mile car ready to go in once mine dies

Haha. I duly accept my chive points.
It's going on the saxo as the standard rev limiter on that causes you to headbutt the steering wheel, but had to try it on the fiesta first lol

Re: Nick's ST
Long time no update. The car now has a dashcam (constantly records), a slow puncture and a cracked windscreen.
Windscreens booked in for Tuesday (being replaced so it means my quickclear screen might actually work!), and new tyres are on the cards (advisory on MOT - which passed with tyres being the only advisory).
No photos - the crack is mighty difficult to photograph.
