Is it worth it for the £500 asking price?

£500 would get you a 2.0L Mondeo engine...

My mate is thinking about doing it to his 1.6 Zetec-S. I dont know enough about it, but i wonder how much the refills would cost and where he would go about getting them from!

you could get them from a few places in essex. one of them being nitrous solutions just down the a13

A refil of an 11 lb bottle is about 50 quid. easy as pie. seriously
Mk 3 1.8 16v (130PS) , WRC front bumper, cossie rear, rs2000 side skirts, twin exhaust, tinted windows, Evo spoiler, K & N , 17 inch momo arrows .... oh and a 75 shot of NOS !!

spend £700 and you will get your nitrous and your mondey engine as the engine is only about £200 and you have all the ancilaries you need from your 1600 zetec..

yeah i did the conversion before. i only paid 200 quid for me engine then... 50 for ecu n every thing else from the car... would be good i to do it again but i was just thinking about NOS i doubt id do it. as the valves would limit it alot... ! ?
