My 2i is a J plate and was registered on the 3/1/92. What I'm wondering is I was reading another post about alarm LED postions and someone said theres was next to the lecky window buttons, this would suggest the leccy window buttons were in the middle. Mine, however are on the doors. This got me looking round my car and I noticed the dashboard is grey but I have a Gearstick surround, which goes up to the centre consol, this is black with a boot release in it. I also have grey Recaros. My first thought was that the door pods, seats and surround were out of a turbo, but then why are the pods and seats grey while the surround is black? I spoke to the previous owner of the car to see if any of the interior was out of a turbo and he said that on very late 8v 2i's all this was standard. Is this true? :???:
