ofac 165 chip urgent anyone help

i have one that needs a cover for it(board is exposed)which you can take of of yours) whats up with yours? and are you sure its the chip at fault ? ofab or ofac though?

Its keeping the fuel pump on when the ignition is on mate unplug it pump goes back to normal how much u after
