OHH FUDGING ELL!!! ZETEC SE HELP

Right, 1.25 zetec belt snapped, 14 bent valves. Ok head off valves replaced, new head gasket, new belt. Set timin, locked cams & engine bolted back together, low comp in cylinder no 2. checked valve clearences, inlet ok, exhaust all over the shop. shims required. Car drives like s**t, no power@ all. Can anyone help? also does Mr Howell supply built up heads for 1.25s. also, need his number? anyone. :x

sure timins right? did u use the peg to locate the crank? urm u shimmed em all right? will make a hooge diff if they are out that much..
