oil cooler

just a quick question. im about to start driving my motor sincce ive had the transplant and i will be puttin it through its paces and been advised by a few people to fit an oil cooler. just wonderin how many rows i should go for? would the 10 row be sufficient for roughly 115-120 bhp?
also the cooler comes with bsp threads. should i go for 1/2" or 5/8".
im not that good when it comes to powers so i would appreciate any help given.

what transplant have you done? by "putting it through its paces" do you mean track use? do you have an oil temp gauge? so you can tell if your temps are above normal.
