What's the best for a stage 1 FRST, in your own opinions?

Agreed with Ian, make sure it is the 10W60 as halfords only usually stock the 0W 40 stuff.

If ya can't get that, any Fully synthetic 5W40(what ford recommend) or 5W50 will be fine.

used Castrol RS (from halfords) (10w60) in all my festers.. No problems... cooler engine .. less oil usage..
